「韓式秀珍菇煎餅」

材料:-
秀珍菇...............200g
麵粉...................75g
馬鈴薯澱粉........25g
水........................3/4杯
青辣椒(切細)......1隻
紅辣椒(切細)......1隻
雞蛋液................1隻
黑胡椒粉............少許
鹽.......................少許

做法:-
1. 將較粗大之秀珍菇用手撕細。
2. 鍋內注水,加入少許鹽燒開,然後加入秀珍汆燙約30秒拿出瀝乾。
3. 把麵粉、馬鈴薯澱粉、水拌勻成麵糊;黑胡椒粉、鹽、秀珍菇、青紅辣椒加入麵糊內拌勻。
4. 下麵糊入熱油鍋內攤平,以中火煎至焦香,轉另一面以小火煎香,在餅面了蛋液煎至焦香便可。

小貼士:-

若想簡單一點可直接用煎餅粉代替麵粉和馬鈴薯澱粉,同時黑胡椒粉和鹽可省下。

醋醬油調味汁材料:-

白醋......................1湯匙
韓國醬油...............1湯匙
洋蔥(切小塊).........1/6個
已烤白芝麻............1/2茶匙
青辣椒(切細)........少許

做法:-

把所有材料混合拌勻即可。
